For companies with urgent production stoppages, we offer a prioritised service intervention subject to available capacity.
In the case of a prioritised response, we reallocate resources with the aim of being on site within three working days.
This service is charged at a special rate (+50 % on the regular hourly rate).
The service is intended for situations where rapid action is business-critical.
